                         Every thing starts with a simple way. I believe that all of us can make a difference. Even if in a simple way. We can make a difference in our school, in our community and in our country.
                         A simple student like me can make a difference. Maybe in terms of cleanliness, orderliness and in leadership. Nowadays, at our school, there were many students who are smoking, drinking liquor and also cutting classes. For me, as a CAT officer, I want to make a difference. I will help in the maintenance of the cleanliness and orderliness of the school. For example, I will throw all my garbage to the trash can. I will also tell to the students that they should throw also their garbage to the proper places. In terms of orderliness, at flag ceremony I want to maintain the orderliness of the lines of the students. And we will report those students who were drinking liquor and those who were smoking.
                       All of us must be responsible for making differences. We all have the right to do this. We all have the ability to make differences in order to make our country organized. We should be a good leader and also a good follower.
                      

                  Equality: Whereas it has long been known and declared that the poor have no right to the property of the rich, I wish also to be known and declared that the rich have no right to the property of the poor. A quote by John Ruskin, a British writer and reformer.
                  Every human being have their own rights. We are all equal. We have our own rights. Like the men, women also have their own rights. They have the rights to vote like the male. They have also the right to work. Unlike before that only the males are working and the women are staying at home to take care of their siblings. But now, the women also are working.
                  Human rights are "commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being. Equal opportunity: If self-interest is the irreversible force behind the market's opening, self-interest can also be short-sighted-clinging to small but immediate advantages and ignoring the long term opportunities of a truly level planning field. A quote by Michael Armstrong,a U.S business executive. Nowadays, only those rich people have the chance to improve their lives and those poor people don't have. We should have equal rights and equal opportunities.

                  Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions or the distribution of events around that average. Climate change may be limited to a specific region or may occur across the whole Earth.
                  Climate change is due to the changes in the global energy balance. It is also cause by the releasing of chemicals that can destroy our planet Earth. We are also experiencing now that what we so called global warming. And if this will continue maybe we will die.Climate changes in response to changes in the global energy balance. On the broadest scale, the rate at which energy is received from the sun and the rate at which it is lost to space determine the equilibrium temperature and climate of Earth. This energy is then distributed around the globe by winds, ocean currents, and other mechanisms to affect the climates of different regions.
                  Electricity, automobiles, and all carbon emissions are the main causes of climate change. In order to help in preventing climate change, often called global warming. We should unplug those appliances which were not used and we should throw our garbage on proper places. Don't throw also our garbage in the beaches. We should help in maintaining the cleanliness of our country to prevent climate change.

                    Nowadays,we are living in a modern world. There are many gadgets have been invented for today. Some of these are computers, cellphones, laptop and even i-phones. But what are the importance of these gadgets for us especially students?
                   Computer, cellphones, etc. All of us have these even young children. These gadgets really help us in our studies. We can search our assignments and projects in our computers. We can also contact our parents if we will go home late using our cellphones. We can also chat our relatives from other countries. Digital literacy is the ability to locate, organize, understand, evaluate, and analyze information using digital technology.It involves a working knowledge of current high technology, and an understanding of how it can be used. Digitally literate people can communicate and work more efficiently, especially with those who possess the same knowledge and skills.Digital literacy refers to our knowledge in using our computers, cellphones, etc. I think this can help us improve our language usage.
                    These gadgets really play an important role in our lives. So I would say that modern technology gadgets are very helpful in our daily lives especially us students.
                      

                  We all know that Chemistry is the science of matter especially its properties, structure, composition, behavior, reactions, interactions and the changes it undergoes
Chemistry is sometimes called "the central science" because it connects physics with other natural sciences such as astronomy, geology and biology.Physics also studies matter, but physics is the science of quantities of space and matter, and laws governing them.. Since we are third year we already learned about Science and Chemistry, its properties, and its composition.
                  There are also some branches of Science like organic compounds, inorganic compounds, analytical chemistry and many more. It can be a good introduction also for the students to like Chemistry and Science more.
                 The theme for today's Science Club Month Celebration is "CHEMERGY: CHEMISTRY AND SCIENCE IN SYNERGY". As far as I know, this theme is about the unity of Chemistry and Science to make then Science Club Month Celebration to be more beautiful and interesting. It can make the Science Club progress. It can help also those students like us. Chemergy is the combination effort of Chemistry and Science.
                 

              Teacher.... Our second mother or father whenever we far away from our houses. But what role does our teacher plays in our lives? I consider my teacher as my hero because of their sacrifices and responsibilities.
               "Good morning class", this is usually our teachers tell us whenever he/she enters our room. Okay our lesson for today is about..........etc. She/he teaches us to be a good students. She/he also helps us to learn many things. She also made many sacrifices for us.Teachers are carriers of either positive or negative behavior toward students. A teacher carries a big responsibility in her classroom. One reason is that all students depend on her/him. Everything the teacher says will have an impact on the students. If the teacher feels joy of feels anger, it will be spread among children because the attitudes of the teacher gets contagious. If the teacher laughs, students also laugh, why? Because teachers are responsible for the social behavior in the classroom. If something goes wrong the only responsible is the teacher even if it was not their foul.She is also the one responsible for what will happen to his/her students. The teacher also needs to be prepared.
                 A teacher must also show respect, care, love and adoration towards his/her students. If his/her student made some mistake, she should discipline them in a proper way. Thank You to my teachers who help us in our studies. Without them, I think my life won't have directions. Thanks for their care, love and their sacrifices. If ever that I will be a successful woman someday, I want them to be proud of me.
              

                

                   When I was still a child, my father and my mother were the one who took care of me. They always assure that we were in good health. My father is a loving and responsible father just my mother also. I love my parents and even if they don't have any superpowers still they love us very much.
                    My parents are my heroes and for whatever happens, they will always be in my heart. I love them very much and no other heroes can replaced them.

             Sona or State of the Nation Address is a very important event on the part of our president and to his fellowmen. Last July 25, 2011 when the second SONA of President Benigno " Noynoy" Aquino had been delivered. But what is this SONA?
            Philippine President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III is due to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) to a joint Senate and House session of Congress.President Aquino talked about in his SONA the things that he had done to our country. There are many changes happened in our country when Pnoy was elected as the President of the Republic of the Philippines. He talked about wang-wang also. It was wang-wang blaring all over in President Noynoy Aquino’s State of the Nation Address last Monday. It blared 28 times all over his 53-minute report; a report he said was short, simple and straight to the point. But for all he promised, the Sona was never straight to the point. And he told us also that he will do his promises to his fellowmen. With this SONA some of the classes all over the Philippines were suspended. For me Pnoy was a very good leader of the country. He was doing his duties very well. I hope that someday thse corrupt officials will be eliminated in their positions.
            The SONA of the president is a very important message. And for me, those things that he had done to our country was a good start for him to help his fellowmen. I hope also that he will do his promises to us, his "boss."

                   " Isulong Breastfeeding, Tama Sapat at Eksklusibo", is the theme for todays nutrition month. Does breastfeeding important? Does it give good and bab effects to a new born baby?
                     When a baby was born, the mother and the father would be very happy. The first food that a new born baby can eat is the milk from his/her mother's breast. What is the difference between the breastmilk than to a commercial milk? Breastfeeding is very important. It is the most nutritious food a baby can get from his/her mother. Commercial milks can cause bad effects to a baby. It is very expensive also and many of us cannot afford to buy it. In order to get good nutrition also, the mother should take care of herself. She should eat nutritious food so that she can maintain her good health for her baby. She should eat vegetables and fruits. The health of the baby depends also to her mother.
                     We should use breastfeeding. It is very important. It is full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and many more that a baby needs to grow fast and to be healthy. We should also encourage mothers to use breastfeeding.

 Dear Mr. President,
           First of all, I just want to greet you a happy morning. How are you sir? I hope you're okay. How's life being the president of the Republic of the Philippines.? I want to ask you some questions about you sir.
           I just want to congratulate you for having been elected as the President of the Republic of the Philippines. At your position now sir, there are so many things that you are going to do to improve and develop our country. I hope that you will be as good as your father Ninoy Aquino and your mother Corazon Aquino in leading our country. As of now, there are so many poblems occuring in our country like fishkill particularly in Batangas. There are so many fishes died like milkfish, tilapia and many more. The residents there were suffering from food poisoning. The smell also was inpleasant. The livelihood of the residents there were very much affected. About also the condition of our country especially gasoline, drugs, vegetables, fruits fishes were very expensive. Some of us cannot afford these kind of foods. There are slso cases of accidents occuring in our country like motor accidents, car accidents and many more. There are so many people died because of this. The smoke from the factory and cars were destroying our atmosphere. There are also some cases reported about dynamite fishing. Even the smallest type of fish were also affected. I am also in favor of the anti-smoking campaign of MMDA. Because of that,the residents of the country will lessen the use of cigarette. Many students are addicted in the use of cigarettes,internet,computer games,alcohol and many more. As our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal once said,"ang kabataan ay pag-asa ng bayan."
               That's all the things I want to tell you Mr. President and if it will happen that you will read this letter, I hope that you will do your job. I will also promise that I will do my responsibilities as a youth to help our country develop.
